The admin team had to log into CC Avenue’s Neopay, generate a custom payment link for each invoice, and send it to parents via WhatsApp or SMS. Reconciliation was then done on QuickBooks — a third system. Even after payment, invoices had to be manually marked as paid. The process was broken, exhausting, and required hours of redundant copy-paste effort.
